Methods Four patient with PHOA were undergone hi tological analy i , radiological examination of hand , feet, ante brachium, calf, kull and che t, a well a kinbiop y. Results Four patient with PHOA howed finger clubbing, thickened kin and perio to i with varied degree and range. Three ca e were incomplete type and in the high progre ive period, and one ca e wa complete type and in the progre ive period. Conclu sion PHOA ha pecial clinical and radiographic manife tation , including perio to i , clubbing and thickening facial kin, probably ha familial hi tory .The econdary HOA and relative di ea e hould be excluded in the e tabli hment of diagno i .
