[摘要]目的在进行介入穿刺时主术医师不需要助手辅助,即可非常便捷的将导丝插入血管中.方法实用新型专利”新型 介入穿刺针”是在目前现有穿刺针的金属针体管腔与针柄的漏斗状内腔之间,增加了一段过渡段.在进行Seldinger穿刺前, 先将导丝的”J”形头端插至过渡段的前部.结果主术医师将穿刺针刺人血管,见到有血液涌出后,主术医师即可一只手固 定住穿刺针,用另一只手非常便捷的将导丝插入血管中.结论应用”新型介入穿刺针”进行介入穿刺时较现有介入穿刺针 更加方便,准确,快速,并可明显减少出血量.
