精品论文 参考文献 助产一对一全程陪伴分娩的应用效果观察 雷玉彬 　　四川省都江堰市妇幼保健院护理部 四川 611830 　　摘要：目的：探讨助产一对一全程陪伴分娩服务模式的临床效果。方法：选取2014年10月至2015年6月在我院住院的单胎头位120例产妇随机平均分为两组-对照组及观察组，对照组采用常规的助产模式，而观察组自宫口开大3cm至产后2h，由一名助产士实施全产程陪伴服务模式，提供包括生理、心理、体力的全面支持，并密切监测产程中母婴情况及产程进展，且有家属（丈夫）陪伴。结果：两组产妇疼痛度、产程时间、阴道分娩率、剖宫产率、新生儿Apgar评分及产后出血量存在明显差异（P＜0.05）。结论：助产一对一全程陪伴分娩是一种适宜的产时服务模式，在一定程度上达到了以人为本、以病人为中心的服务宗旨，改善了产时服务水平，融洽了医患关系，丈夫的参与，最大限度地给予产妇支持，增强了产妇们自然分娩的信心，同时缓解了家属的焦虑情绪，有利于母婴健康，从而提高了产科质量，提升了满意度，值得推广应用。 　　关键词：助产；一对一；全程陪伴；丈夫 　　[Abstract] Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of one-to-one midwifery accompany delivery mode. Results：there was significant difference between the two groups of maternal pain，delivery time，vaginal delivery rate，cesarean section rate，neonatal Apgar score and postpartum hemorrhage volume（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion：midwifery a Doula labor for company in the whole course is a suitable production service model，in a certain extent to people-oriented，take the patient as the center of the service purpose，improve the production level of service，harmonious relationship between doctors and patients，the husbands participation，the maximum given maternity support，and enhance the confidence of women who give birth naturally and also alleviate the anxiety of family members，is conducive to the maternal and child health，so as to improve the quality of Obstetrics，enhance the satisfaction，it is worthy of popularization and application. 　　[
