1 工程概况 Project General 1.1 工程描述 Project Description 本工程为南海乙烯装置桩基础工程，包括预制桩和打桩两部分。桩的截面尺寸有300×300mm2和400×400mm2两种，长度有7 m、10m、13 m三种，打桩区域分A、B、C、D、E五个区。桩预制前，先做桩的静荷载试验，以确定桩打入土层的深度，A、B、C区做4根试验桩，D、E区做2根试验桩。 This project is about the piling foundation of the CSPC LOP Piling Works Project, including the pile pre-casting work and the piling work. There are two types of section dimensions of the pile: 300?00mm2o and 400?00mm2o. The piles have different lengths, which cover 7m, 10m and 3m, and the piling areas are divided into five: A, B, C, D, and E. Static-load test will be done to the pile prior to the pre-casting work to ensure the depth of the pile into the earth. Four piles will be tested in areas A, B and C, and two in areas D and E. 1.2 设计、施工要求 Design and Construction Requirements 本工程中预制桩不接桩，为单节桩。 The pre-cast pile in this project will be single-section pile that will not be connected. 预制桩无桩尖，打桩前要进行预钻孔，钻孔深度为桩打入深度以上一米处。 Since the pre-cast pile has no tips, hole drilling will be done prior to piling work, and the depth of the drilling hole is 1m above the piling depth into the earth. 打桩机的桩锤冲程应可调节，以避免打桩开始和结束时，土层压力对桩体的破坏作用。 The driving hammer stroke of he pile driver shall be adjustable to avoid the destruction of the soil strate pressure on the pile in the beginning and at the end of the piling work. 1.3 工程量：6858根钢筋混凝土预制桩。 Work amount: 6858 pieces of reinforced concrete pre-cast piles. 施工程序 Construction Process 2.1 施工总程序 General Process 2.2 施工准备 Construction Preparation 2.3 桩基载荷试验 Pile Foundation Load Test 2.4 桩预制 Pile Pre-casting 2.5 打桩 Piling Work 施工部署 Construction Deployment 根据工期总体要求，桩预制开始30天后开始打桩。开始时A、B、C区布置一套打桩机械，D、E区布置两套打桩机械。A、B、C管道区域施工完后打桩机移至D、E区施工，D、E区施工完后3套打桩机移至A、B、C区施工。每台打桩机每天打桩约20根，为了满足打桩要求，桩的预制每天要完成80根以上。 According to the general construction period requirement, the piling work will begin 30 days after the pile pre-casting work.
