业务流程再造BPR论文：基于ERP系统的A贸易公司业务流程再造研究 【中文摘要】业务流程再造BPR (Business Process Reengineering)就是对企业的业务流程进行根本性地再思考和彻底性地再设计,从而获得在成本、质量、服务和速度等方面业绩的戏剧性地改善。流程再造的根本并不是流程本身,而是所能形成的核心竞争力。贸易企业的核心竞争力,是指在国内国外市场上,以更快、更好、更低价格给客户提供持续、专业、前瞻性的服务能力。中国加入世贸以后,贸易行业竞争越来越激烈,为了提高自身的竞争力,业务流程再造已成为大多数贸易企业改革的必经之路。本文通过对A贸易公司的介绍,针对其业务流程现状存在一定复杂性、特殊性进行整体分析,提出传统业务流程中存在的问题。对其运用BPR的思想和方法进行设计优化再造,并使其在ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)系统中得以实施。从而形成全新的、更适合目前状况的业务流程,改善企业内部环境,以期能提升企业的核心竞争力,更好地实现企业的战略目标。 【英文摘要】Business Process Reengineering BPR is the fundamental analysis and radical redesign of workflow within and between companys, thereby achieving dramatic improvement in cost, quality, service and time management. The basic objective of BPR is not workflow, but to form core competitive power. The core competitive power of trading company should be referring to provide customers with continuous, professional, forward-looking services at lower prices in the domestic and international market. After joining in the WTO, the competition of trade business in China becomes more and more intense, therefore BPR has been the necessary revolution for most of trading company to improve their competitive power.Based on the introduction of the A trading company, we can find some problems in the traditional business process by overall analysis of the complexity, specificity in its present business situation. Then BPR ideas and methods can be used to redesign and reengineering the business process, and make it implemented in the ERP system.
