科类 工科 学号 本科生毕业论文 现代汽车保险理赔模式探讨 Modern automobile insurance adjustment pattern discussion 云南农业大学 2012年5月12日  现代汽车保险理赔模式探讨 钟福 云南农业大学工程技术学院，昆明 黑龙潭 650201 摘 要 汽车保险产生的前提是自然灾害和意外事故。自然灾害和意外事故的客观存在,使人们寻找设法对付各种自然灾害和意外事故的措施,但是,对于预防和控制显然是有限的,于是人们想到了经济补偿,而保险业就作为一种有效的经济补偿措施走进了人们的生活。可以说,没有自然灾害和意外事故就不会产生保险,并且人类社会越发展,创造的财富越集中,遇到自然灾害和意外事故所造成的损失程度也就越大,就越需要通过保险的方式提供经济补偿。然而这里的经济补偿是由保险公司提供，为此在理赔时我们需要遵循保险公司的理赔模式。本论文主要汽车保险的含义、种类、特点进行了说明，对现代汽车保险的理赔流程、理赔模式进行了探讨，提出了些许我国现代汽车保险理赔存在的问题，对我国汽车保险服务的发展趋势及变革进行了浅薄的探讨。 关键词：汽车保险 理赔流程 理赔模式 问题 发展趋势 变革 Modern automobile insurance adjustment pattern discussion ZhongFu Faculty of Engineering and Technology Yunan Agricultural University，Kunming 650201 ABSTRACT The automobile insurance produces the premise is the natural disaster and the accident. The natural disaster and accidents objective existence, causes the people to seek tries to cope with each kind of natural disaster and accidents measure, but, regarding the prevention and the control is obviously limited, therefore the people have thought of the economical compensation, but the insurance business took one effective economical compensation measure to enter peoples life. It can be said that will not have the natural disaster and the accident will not have the insurance, and the human society will more develop, the creation wealth will be more centralized, meets the loss degree which the natural disaster and the accident will create to be also bigger, more needs to provide the economical compensation through the safe way. However here economical compensation is provides by the Insurance company, for this reason when adjustment we need to follow Insurance companys adjustment pattern.
