射线安全程序 RT Safety Procedure 1. 应用范围Scope 本程序适用于公司承接工程项目的射线作业包括放射性同位素和电离辐射。 This procedure is used to any radioactive isotope and ionization radiation work of contract project. 2. 岗位职责Responsibility 2.1. 项目经理负责作业现场安全，落实“放射工作卫生许可证”要求的安全措施。 Project manager in charge of all safety activity of work place, check the safety measure that required by radiographic testing permit. 2.2. 安全监督负责作业现场的安全巡查，审核“放射工作卫生许可证”。 Safety supervisor in charge of safety check, and audit radiographic testing permit. 2.3. 无损检测室质检工程师NDE engineer 2.3.1.保证设备和装置在使用、贮存和保管期间的环境安全。 Ensure the equipment and set safety when use, store and safekeeping. 2.3.2.对工作人员进行必要的培训和指导，建立培训档案。 Take the train to all NDE personnel, and write the training record. 2.3.3.维护并保持设备、仪器装置处于良好状态。 Take the maintenance to all equipment and set, ensure its have good condition. 2.3.4.安排员工的健康检查，建立有关的健康档案。 In charge of arrange personnel physical check-up, and write the result into record. 2.3.5.申请“放射工作卫生许可证”，提出相应的安全措施送安全监督审批。 Apply radiographic testing permit, write the safety measure and send it to safety supervisor for approval. 2.4. 射线工作人员 NDE personnel 2.4.1.射线主管Director 2.4.1.1 具有足够的专业技术知识，了解有关的法律法规。 He should has the professional knowledge, and know the relative law. 2.4.1.2 制定安全防护措施和安全作业技术，对作业过程的安全负责,并检查措施的落实情况。 Write the safety defend measure and safety work procedure, in charge of safety work, and check the measure perform. 2.4.1.3 对放射源的丢失、放射源容器及封装的损坏等造成放射性泄漏或污染等事故制定应急措施组织急 救，并对事故详情进行报告。 Establish the relative measure to deal with emergency accident, and report the accident in writing. 2.4.1.4 承担有关法规规定的责任和义务；对事故和事故征兆应迅速采取相应的应急措施。 Be charged with relative responsibility and incumbency that write in law, and make the emergency measure for accident and hazard. 2.4.2.放射操作员NDE Operator 2.4.2.1 接受射线主管的管理，严格按照规定的程序进行射线操作。 Obey the manage of director, operate the equipment according with procedure. 2.4.2.2 在射线主管的指导下进行放射源的操作训练。 Take part in the operate training. 2.4.2.3 放射操作员被授权进行下列工作： NDE operator was be authorized to take the fol
