甘蔗糖业 2010 年第 5 期 Sugarcane and Canesugar 2010 年 10 月 土地流转实现我国糖料生产规模化及可持续化发展 何柳琪 (广东省农垦总局经济研究室,广州 510610) 摘 要 本文分析了我国食糖生产要实现可持续发展必须解决的关键问题。认为今后要实现糖业的可持续发展,必须认 清糖业发展深层次的土地问题。通过土地流转实现糖料生产集约化规模化经营,兴修水利和实现糖料生产机械化,降低 糖料生产的劳动强度,提高单产,增加农民收入,才能实现糖料生产的可持续发展。只有实现糖料生产的可持续发展, 才有糖业的可持续发展。 关键词 糖业;糖料;糖农;制糖企业;可持续发展 中图分类号 S566.1 文献标识码 C 文章编号 1005-9695(2010)05-0001-06 Land Transference Takes China’s Sugarcane and Beet Production to Achieve Larger Scale and Sustainable Development HE Liu-qi (Office of Economic Study, General Bureau of Guangdong State Farms, Guangzhou 510610) Abstract This article analyzes the key issues that Chinas sugarcane and beet production faces to achieve sustainable development. In order to gain the sustainable development of sugar industry, we have to recognize the deep impact of land issues. We should focus on the intensive land transference to achieve the large-scale production, concentrate on water conservancy projects and agricultural mechanization .All those to be taken will reduce labor intensity of sugarcane and beet production, improve productivity and increase farmers’ income. Only when china’s sugarcane and beet production achieve sustainable development that the same problem in sugar industry can be settled at the same time.
