摘 要 当前，我国在构建和谐社会的同时还处于社会转型的大变革时期，转型期的社会是 一个充满生机的社会，也是矛盾复杂、问题层出不群的社会。转型时期我国利益分化加 剧，贫富差距拉大，这就会引起利益受损的社会弱势群体的心理失落，心理上的失落又 有可能导致他们出现行为上的偏激，面对这种情况，如何做好弱势群体的思想工作，平 衡他们的心理，促进和谐社会的建设是我们必须要面对的难题。要想建立一个和谐的社 会，在社会转型过程中，思想政治上的教育是极其必要的。本文把和谐理念引入高校思 想政治教育机制，通过对相关理论的概述，加强了对和谐理念和高校思想政治教育机制 的认识，对和谐理念引入思想政治教育的原因有了初步了解；系统阐述高校思想政治教 育的理论基础，通过分析机制的运行现状，找出不足并分析原因；并在教育思想、内容 和体制三个方面保障和谐理念引入高校思想政治教育机制。 本文总共分为五个部分： 第一部分，绪论。该部分内容主要阐述了论文的研究背景和意义，分析了国内外相 关研究的现状，提出研究思路和方法，指出论文的创新点，为论文的研究和写作奠定基 础。 第二部分，相关理论的概述。通过对和谐理念和高校思想政治教育机制内容等方面 的阐述，加深认识，分析和谐理念与高校思想政治教育机制的内在联系。 第三部分，和谐理念下的高校思想政治教育机制的理论基础。本文提出了三个理论 基础：人的全面发展学说、灌输理论和思想政治教育机制。 第四部分，高校思想政治教育机制的现状分析。对现行机制做客观评价的基础上， 找出机制的不足之处，并分析原因。 第五部分，通过教育思想、教育内容和教育体制三个方面来保障和谐理念引入高校 思想政治教育机制。 关键词：和谐理念 思想政治教育 机制 保障 i i Abstract At present, China is in the social transition period of great change in the construction of a harmonious society at the same time, social transition is a vibrant community, but also complicated contradictions, there are so many problems appeared.
