粮食储藏 }l》 n (m “… }j必 平房仓晚籼稻谷充氮气调储藏试验 高兴明,彭明文 (中央储备粮荆 门直属库,荆门 448124) 摘 要:平房仓充氮储藏晚籼稻谷,先用复合膜对粮堆 “五面”密闭,并有效处R_r-艺孔洞、工作间 等漏气部位,利用移动式制氮机组通过四个进气口结合上充下排、下充上排和仓 内环流或环流风机强排等 工艺向粮堆充氮。近三个月氮气储藏过程 中,氮气浓度维持在95%范围,杀虫率达到 100%,并能有效防 止害虫发生,次年害虫发生时间推迟近一个月;存粮脂肪酸值年变化量低于1.5 (KOH)mge100g,2009年 充氮储藏期 内脂肪酸值仅增加0.7(KOH)meg100g;粮温变化趋势与常规储藏基本一致,但试验仓平均粮 温偏高1℃ ~1.5℃,局部最高粮温变化提前近 15d。 关键词:平房仓 ;晚籼稻谷:充氮储藏:气密性 ControlledAtmospheresStoragebyPurgingNitrogen Experimenton LateLong-grainNonglutinous Paddy in W arehouse GaoXinming,Peng Mingwen (JinmenGrainDepoa, StateGrainReserves,Jingmen448124,China) Abstract:Nitrogen filling storage experimenton ate long—grain nonglutinous paddy, firstused complex fihn to sealgrain stack in five-sides, dealed with theposition thatleaveoutairsuch asabandonedhole and workshop, then used mobile nitrogen generatorthrough fourentrance fillingnitrogen into grain stack. There are fourmethods to filling and releasing nitrogen, which were filling up releasing down, filling down releasing up, recirculation under plastic sheet and filling or releasing forced by recirculation blower. Three months experiment showed that while the nitrogen concentration was kept 95% , the mortality rate ofthe warehouse pestreached to 100% , and the concentration ofthe nitrogen can also effectively preventpestoccur, the resultshow thatpestoccurred suspend almostone month in thenext year.The experiment can also stay fatty acid value of the storage grain, the fatty acid value varied under1.5 (KOH)mgelO0g, thefattyacidvalueonlyincreased0.7 (KOH)mg/100gintheperiodof nitrogen filling storage course in 2009.The changed law ofgrain temperature in experimentwarehousewas the same as generalstorage.W hile compare to general storage, the average of grain temperature in experimentwarehousewasmore than 1oC~1.5~C,
