试验参数：按照长客/铁道部对于CRH3-380 km卫生间的要求，对标准卫生间左、标准卫生间右，残疾人卫生间进行洗手盆注水试验。在卫生间背部目视观测洗手盆底部未见水滴形成为可以接受。TEST PARAMETERS: As per the requirement of the CRC/MOR for CRH3-380 KM cabin, we have to conduct water tightness test on the wash basin of STD –Left cabin, STD-Right cabin and UNI- Cabin. Observe the bottom of the wash basin at the back of the cabin; no water drop comes out /or leakage observed are acceptable.设备/工具EQUIPMENTS/TOOLS:1. 胶布Tape.2. 水桶Bucket3. 水舀Water ladle准备SET-UP:1. 如图所示，将标准卫生间左、标准卫生间右，残疾人卫生间洗手盆内侧底部用胶布进行密封。As shown in the picture, in STD –Left cabin, STD-Right cabin and UNI- Cabin seal the bottom of the wash basin from inside with tape.编制Prepared by:质量工程师Quality Engineer.批准Approved by: 质量经理Quality Manager2-确保洗手盆内部灌满水。 Make sure the wash basin is filled with water.编制Prepared by:质量工程师Quality Engineer.批准Approved by: 质量经理Quality Manager.3- 如图所示，在卫生间背部目视观测洗手盆底部未见水滴形成。As shown in the picture, at the back of the cabin, no water drops or leakage is observed at the bottom of the wash basin.编制Prepared by ：质量工程师Quality Engineer.批准Approved by:质量经理Quality Manager.4- 标准卫生间左、标准卫生间右，残疾人卫生间洗手盆重复同样的程序，确保洗手盆密封完好，如果洗手盆密封不符合要求，则对其重新打胶密封。Similarly repeat the procedure for the wash basin in the STD –Left cabin, STD-Right cabin and UNI- Cabin and make sure that the wash basin is watertight. If the watertightness doesn’t meet the requirement, apply glue again and repeat the test.观察到的结果OBSERVATIONS:如上图所示，试验证实洗手盆密封完好，符合要求。As shown in the above pictures, the test has verified that the wash basin is completely watertight and meets the requirement. 结果RESULT:实现了洗手盆密封不漏水。Watertight wash basin is achieved.经测试可以接受TestfoundOK ACCEPTABLE编制Prepared by ：质量工程师Quality Engineer.批准Approved by:质量经理Quality Manager.
