摘 要 自从上世纪30年代锁相理论被提出后，锁相环现在日益广泛地应用于电子、通讯系统中，并且随着集成电路的发展以及SOC技术的出现，其已经成为许多超大规模集成电路中及其重要的模块。环路滤波器是锁相环的重要组成部分，它在很大程度上决定了锁相环的性能。在PLL的设计中，为了获得稳定的VCO调谐电压，环路滤波器起到了防止VCO调谐电压控制线上电压突变，维持环路稳定、控制环路带内外噪声等起到了重要作用。论文首先重点介绍锁相环的基本理论，着重介绍锁相环的相关概念和锁相环的拓扑结构，对锁相环环路的各模块的参数进行了推导，得出了锁相环数理分析的普遍结论。在此基础之上，更进一步的根据锁相环的需要，环路滤波器选用了二阶无源滤波器结构。论文最后利Hspice仿真软件完成了对环路滤波器的仿真，并利用Spectre仿真软件对整个锁相环电路进行了仿真。 关键字：锁相环 VCO 二阶无源滤波器 ABSTRACT The concept of Phase-locked loop technology was invented in the 1930s and PLL is increasingly used in eleetronies and communication.With the development of integrated circuits and the emergence of SOC(System on a Chip)technology,it has been a very important module in many very large scale integrated circuits.The Loop Filter,beng the most important part of PLL , its performance determines to a large extent that of the whole system.Due to the important and demanding parameters of the VCO tuning voltage’s purity，we use Loop Filter to prevent the voltage jump of the VCO tuning voltage， maintain the stability of the PLL，balance the noise of PLL inband and outhand etc. This paper focuses on discuss the foundation knowledge of the Phase-locked loop and the PLL abstract model，afterwards investigate all of its characters , the system parameters are developed at the same time,and some universal conclusions on the theoretical analysis of PLL are reached. Base on these needs of PLL , Loop filter uses a second-order passive filter.At last ,this paper by using the Hspice software to simulate the second-order passive filter and using the Spectre software to simulate PLL.
