摘要 制粉系统的功能是制备合格的煤粉输送至锅炉以进行燃烧。对于大型锅炉，制粉系统已成为与锅炉燃烧设备共同组成不可分割的燃烧系统整体的 一部分。制粉系统的范围包括原煤仓至锅炉燃烧器之前所有的设备、部件、管道 及其元件以及仪表、调节和控制装置。 本设计主要阐述了600MW 机组制粉系统工程设计的设计和计算方法。其主要 内容包括：煤和煤的特性分析、磨煤机及制粉系统的选择、磨煤机性能参数计算 及台数确定、制粉系统热力计算、干燥剂的参数计算、制粉系统附属设备和部件 的选择、制粉系统管道布置和其他。 关键词： 制粉系统、磨煤机、干燥剂、热风送粉、附属设备。 Abstract The function of the powder system is makeing qualified coal powder and transporting it to the boiler for burnning. For the large boiler, the powder system have become to one indivisibility part of the burnable system that constitutes with the combustion equipments of the bolier together.The scope that makes the powder system includes the raw coal camalig to go to the boiler burner before all equipmentses,equipmentses,partses,pipings and its component and appearance and regulates to equip with control.
