This work is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution International License (CC BY). /licenses/by/4.0/ Abstract Through the vitro tests to the organization and body fluids of mice, the vitro antioxidant activity of different systems of maize pollen polysaccharide and level points had been researched. The re- sults showed that PPM and grade points could restrain the mouse liver tissue lipid peroxidation, and protect the liver tissue peroxide which was damaged by Fe2+ and H O . It also could reduce 2 2 mitochondria swelling.
