转炉烟气除尘的工艺设计
摘 要 钢铁企业能耗很大、污染很重,尤其是转炉烟气的污染对工作环境的危害已经日益严重。为了消除转炉烟气所产生的粉尘危害,改善炼钢工人的作业环境,避免造成环境污染,本设计采用燃烧法文丘里湿式除尘工艺对转炉烟气进行处理,使得最终转炉排放烟气浓度达到国家标准。转炉烟气自炉口喷出先进入烟罩进行点燃,然后烟气经汽化冷却烟道进入溢流定径文氏管进行降温和粗除尘,随后又经过重力挡板脱水器进入调径文氏管进行进一步的除尘,之后烟尘主要经过弯头脱水器和复挡脱水器的处理后进入风机前切换阀,由风机把处理好后的烟气经烟囱排放。按照流程顺序,对一级文氏管,重力脱水器,二级文氏管,弯头脱水器,复挡脱水器以及斜板沉淀池等六个主要设备分别进行热平衡、结构尺寸、除尘效率和尘浓度、脱水效率、阻力损失等的计算,并对风机进行选择和对放散烟囱进行了计算,使得最终出口尘浓度达到排放标准。 关键词 转炉;烟气;除尘; Abstract Steel enterprise energy consumption and pollution is heavy, especially the converter gas pollution to the work is danger of environment which has increasingly serious. In order to eliminate the gas dust harming produced by the converter, improving the working environment of steelmaking workers, avoiding to cause environmental pollution. This design using the burning French venturi wet dust removal process to the converter gas processing.In order to make the final converter gas meet the national standards. The converter gas spewed from the oven first into the smoke hood to light, and then by the flue gas into the overflow diameter setting a venturi cool down and thick dust removal, then by gravity baffle dehydrator into the rectangular skateboarding adjustable venturi tube diameter further, dust, soot after primarily by elbow dehydrator and after block dehydrator processing into fan switch valve before, by the handle of the fan after the chimney flue gas emissions. According to the sequence of level 1 a venturi, gravity dehydrator, level 2 venturi tube, elbow dehydrator, after block dehydrator and the inclined plate on the six main equipment traps are thermal equilibrium and structure size and the dust removal efficiency and dust concentration, dehydrated efficiency, such as the loss of the resistance, and calculation of choice for bringing fan and chimney is calculated, made the final export dust concentration meets emission standard.
