摘要: 模糊控制是目前在控制领域所采用的智能控制方法中最具有实际意义的方法。模糊控制解决了很多人们无法解决的问题，并且在工业控制、家用电器和各个领域已取得了卓越的成效。尤其是模糊控制技术在家用电器上得到了广泛的应用，效果相当好。 本文是把模糊控制技术应用在电冰箱上，主要对其实行了温度模糊控制，分析了其硬件系统的结构和软件系统的设计，单片微型机实现模糊控制的技术和方法。通过对电冰箱模糊控制器的设计来确定输入变量的选择、取值范围、输入输出变量隶属度函数的类别、模糊推理规则和算法等。电冰箱的模糊控制的过程都需要进行定义模糊集，建立模糊关系从而得出模糊推理规则表，然后再将其反模糊化处理得出一个精确值。而应用软传感技术实现对食品初始温度和热容量的检测以及对冰箱内霜层厚度的检测，使冰箱内食品的保鲜性能得到很大的改善。模糊控制电冰箱具有模糊智能化霜功能，温度模糊控制功能，故障自诊功能。同时，还具有控制精度高，性能可靠，省电等优点并能达到高质量食品保鲜的目的，是电冰箱发展的主要方向。 最后利用汇编语言对模糊控制过程进行了软件编程并且通过PIC系列单片机来实现此功能。 关键词：模糊控制 模糊量 电冰箱 硬件 软件 Abstract: Fuzzy control is the most meaningful one of all intelligent controlling methods that are being used in the controlling field. Fuzzy control solves many problems that people can not solve. Meanwhile, it has acquired prominent effects in the industrial control 、family apparatus and many fields. Especially, the application of fuzzy controlling techniques to family apparatus is used generally. Its effects are very good. This article is the application of fuzzy controlling techniques to refrigerator which fuzzy controlling temperature is mostly carried on. Its structure of hardware system and design of software system are analyzed. Single chip microcomputer makes the technology and method of fuzzy control come true. By the virtue of the design of fuzzy controlling apparatus, it can confirm the choice of input variable、the scale of numbers、the category of input and output membership function、fuzzy inference regulating and algorithm and so on. The course of refrigerator fuzzy to control needs to define fuzzy sets, set up fuzzy relation, thus draw the fuzzy regular form, then at it instead fuzzy to melt and punish up. However, making use of soft sensor techniques implements the check to the original temperature of food and hot capability and to the thickness of frost in the refrigerator .
