烟草科技/ Tobacco Science Technology 设备与仪器/Equipment Apparatus 2013 年第 10 期（总第315 期） 制丝生产线PROFIBUS-DP 网络闪断现象的改进 李晓堂，张宝文，马悦军 张家口卷烟厂有限责任公司，河北省张家口市钻石北路9 号 075000 摘要：为解决制丝生产线PROFIBUS-DP 网络出现的闪断现象，对混叶切丝段PROFIBUS-DP 网络结构进 行了改进。检查PROFIBUS-DP 通讯电缆双层屏蔽，保证“多点接地”；紧固或更换PROFIBUS-DP 接头；规 范PROFIBUS-DP 通讯电缆布线方式，减少相互干扰；利用中继器对PROFIBUS-DP 网络进行分割，减少子 站之间相互影响。应用效果表明，改进后混叶切丝段运行稳定，PROFIBUS-DP 网络故障停机次数由平均 3 次/ 月降低到0 次，提高了网络的可靠性和抗干扰能力。 关键词：制丝生产线；混叶切丝段；PROFIBUS-DP 网络；闪断；中继器 中图分类号：TS432 文献标识码：B 文章编号：1002-0861 （2013 ）10-0024-03 - - Solution to Flash Break off of PROFIBUS DP Network in Tobacco Primary Processing Line LI Xiaotang, ZHANG Baowen, and MA Yuejun Zhangjiakou Cigarette Factory Co., Ltd., Zhangjiakou 075000, Hebei, China Abstract: In order to solve the problem of flash break-off of PROFIBUS-DP network in tobacco primary processing line, the structure of the PROFIBUS-DP network in tobacco blending and cutting section was improved as following: inspecting the communication cable shield of PROFIBUS-DP to ensure that it was multipoint earthed; tightening or replacing the terminals in PROFIBUS-DP; normalizing the wiring of PROFIBUS-DP communication cable to reduce mutual interference; dissecting PROFIBUS-DP network with repeaters to reduce the interactions between substations. The results of application showed that after improvement, tobacco blending and cutting section ran stably, the number of PROFIBUS-DP network stoppage reduced from average 3 times/month to 0, the reliability and resistance of the network to disturbance were promoted.
