In o rder to enab le the stru cture to have enough seism ic rasistanc cap ac ity, concept design ism ore mi portant th an stru ctural design. In the article som e qu estion s related to concept design are explained through the statist ical a- nalysis o f the earthqu ake dam age to the reinforced concrete fram e structures.
