摘 要 冲压是利用安装在冲压设备上的模具对材料施加压力，使其产生分离或塑性变形，从而获得所需冲件的一种压力加工方法。冲压通常是在常温下对材料进行冷变形加工，且主要采用板料来加工成所需零件，所以也叫冷冲压或板料冲压。冲压所使用的模具称为冲压模具，简称冲模。冲模是将材料（金属或非金属）批量加工成所需冲件的专用工具。Stamping is a kind of pressure-processing methods what are to pressure force from the mold installed in stamping equipment to the material to produce plastic deformation or separation, to obtain the necessary pieces. Stamping is usually to proceed deformation of the material cold processing at room temperature, and material to become deformed in the deformation processes mainly sheet metal parts as required, also known as cold or sheet metal stamping. The die used in stamping process is called stamping die, or die. Die is put the materials (metal or non-metallic) for bulk-processed into pieces by the special instrument. The choice of design are drawing and blanking stamping technics:(1) Blanking is stamping processes to have a separate sheet metal by the using of molds, mainly including punching and blanking processes. Punching is punch the the necessary forms holes in the sheet metal or the workpieces for the waste-to. The blanking is expected from the on-board requirements under the shape of parts or rough.(2) Drawing is the stamping process which uses a certain radius of the fillet drawing dies put flat or rough rough hollow ram into a variety of hollow parts. Drawing prrts have many geometric shapes, which can be roughly divided into three categories that is rotating body parts, box-shaped parts, components and complex surface. Drawing deformation exists in many forming processes, so mastering drawing deformation characteristics and the drawing of deformation is very important. The design task includes two dies, by the analysis of law Lanla deep cylinder-shaped pieces,getting the rational design of a compound die which inclodes complete blanking and the first time drawing processes and a single drawing process die.
