大韩航空公司天津物流配送成本的控制 摘要 本文对大韩航空公司的物流配送进行合理的分析，在公司项目实施过程中运用理性、科学的手段、方法，以便确保项目达到预期目标，并能适应未来的市场变化，并避免单纯追求高技术、数量、规模等指标。如何合理进行系统设计和系统实施，采用适当的技术和设备其意义远远大于某种设备的应用。依据现代物流管理理论并结合国外的现代物流观念和先进模式与我国物流现状，在物流配送运转过程中，必须努力为客户探索降低成本的道路，在进行配送活动时，力求流程成本的最小化。实践中很多不确定因素使得传统理论在实际作业活动中的灵活性降低。因此，结合自己目前所学的物流配送知识，对物流配送中的实际运作环节的做法做一个大概的分析和研究。利用国际物流网络、物流设备和物流技术，实现货物在国际间的流动和交换。以促进世界资源的优化配置和区域经济的协调发展，以节约成本为最终目标，对大韩航空公司物流系统提出合理化建议。 关键词：物流 物流配送 配送成本 配送环节 The Control of Korean Airline Company’s Logistic Distribution Cost in Tianjin ABSTRACT This paper analyzes the Korean Airline Company’s logistic distribution, and applies rational and scientific methods to the process of project implementation, in order to guarantee the project to achieve the anticipated target, as well as can be able to adapt the future market change and avoid purely pursuing targets, such as high-tech, quantity, scale and so on. It discusses how to carry on system design and system implementation reasonably. The significance of adopting suitable technology and equipment outweighs that of applying certain equipment. On a basis of the modern logistic management theory, combining the modern logistic idea and the advanced pattern from abroad with the present logistic situation in our country, it should make great efforts in the process of logistic distribution to search for a way to reduce cost for the customer, and minimize the process cost in the allocation activity. The uncertain elements in practice can cause the traditional theory to lower its flexibility in the actual work activity.
