摘 要 当今社会是一个竞争日趋激烈的社会。不注重施工质量管理,不着力打造企业品牌,就不可能赢得市场,企业最终被市场所淘汰。本文在结合当前实际情况的基础上，分析了建筑企业质量管理存在的问题，指出应以质量打造品牌，从粗放型质量管理向集约化质量管理转变。建筑产品的质量事关社会的公众和公共安全。作为建设工的参与者,建筑企业必须以对国家、对人民、对子孙后代高度负责的精神,切实增强质量责任意识,从施工过程的各个环节、各个方面落实质量责任,确保建设工程质量。利用经济控制手段，对于分部分项工程及工序质量的验收检查，当存在严重质量问题时，经过多次提出并未得到施工单位明显改正的，可以采用停止支付工程款和拒绝工程计量签字的手段，行使支付控制权。要及时提醒施工单位自觉地加强成品保护的意识，舍得投入必要的财力人力，避免因小失大。　　总之，施工是形成工程项目实体的过程，也是决定最终产品质量的关键阶段，要提高工程项目的质量，就必须狠抓施工阶段的质量控制。建筑建筑企业必须以对国家、对人民、对子孙后代高度负责的精神，切实增强质量责任意识，从施工过程的各个环节、各个方面落实质量责任，确保建设工程质量。质量管理；以人为本；质量文化；建筑企业Building enterprise quality analysis and make brand ABSTRACT Todays society is an increasingly competitive world.
