公司会籍转让程序 Corporate Membership Transfer Procedures 办理会籍转让事宜，所需手续及文件如下 Guidelines and documents required： 转让方 Transferor：  完整填写会籍转让申请书并须有会籍登记公司盖章及法人代表签署 A complete Application Form of Membership Transfer with company chop and authorized signatory.  转让方须亲自提交会籍转让申请书。Transferor is required to submit the application form in person.  转让方须提供商业登记证、营业执照及法人身份证正本 （供即场核实资料）及副本1 份，若未能亲自提供正本的须提交由公证处、律师行或会计师行出具的有关副本与原件 相符的证明文件Transferor is required to bring along the original and copy of the Business Registration Certificate, Business Licence and ID of the legal representative to the Club for the purpose of verification on the spot. If not, a certified true copy of the Business Registration Certificate, Business Licence and ID of the legal representative by Solicitor or Notary Public is required.  提交各董事签名承认该项转让的证明文件 Enclosed an original copy of the resolution of the Board of Director approving such transfer.  退还所有会员证及球包牌（包括配偶及子女附属会员）Surrender of membership card and golf bag tag (inclusive supplementary cards).  必须缴清所有欠费 Settlement of all outstanding fees.  如有租用本会之储物柜/存杆/存鞋服务，须同时取消并于7 天内领回所有私人物品 （逾 期作为放弃处理，本球会恕不负责），储物柜钥匙请交还球会接待处Cancel and remove all belongings held in Club such as lockers, clubs and/or shoe storage within 7 days from the application date and return the locker key to the Club Reception.  缴付相当于转让当时球会公布会籍价格10%的转让费手续费Payment of 10% of current membership fee as transfer fee.  若3 年内申请第二次转让，需缴付相当于转让当时球会公布会籍价格20% 的转让费手续 nd 费。For 2 application of membership transfer within three years, payment of 20% of current membership fee as transfer fee. 承让方 Transferee ：  填妥入会表格 A complete Membership Application Form  承让方须亲自提交入会申请书。Transferee is required to submit the application
