浙江财经大学本科生毕业论文（设计） 基于市场法的企业价值评估 —— 以钢铁行业为例 摘要：随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展，企业价值评估在资本运行和产权交易中 发挥着越来越重要的作用。然而以成本法为主的方法模式已不再适用于以高新技术为 核心竞争力的新经济模式。另一方面，证券市场的逐步发展和完善，为市场法的运用 提供了良好的环境。市场法的原理易于理解，计算较为简单，且结论可靠性强，应得 到更广泛的应用。因此，本文在介绍企业价值评估的基本概念，发展历史和方法体系 的基础上，着重探讨市场法的理论依据和技术思路，并结合统计学中的方法，通过实 证分析对市场法提出优化意见。 关键词：企业价值评估；市场法；价值比率；相关分析 Enterprise Valuation based on the Market Approach ——Taking Steel Trade as an Example Abstract: with the continuous development of the socialist market economy, the enterprise valuation plays an increasingly important role in the capital operation and the transactions of property rights. However, the approach mode mainly to the cost method isno l onger applicable to the new economic mode which takes the high-tech as the core competitiveness. On the other hand, the securities market develops and improves step-by-step,which provides a good environment for the use of the market approach. The mar ket approach should be applied more widely, whose principle is easy to undetstand, the calculation is relatively simple, and the conclusion is reliable. Therefore, based on the intr oducing of the basic concepts, the history and the methodology of the enterprise valuation, this paper focuses on the theoretical basis and technical ideas of the market approach. And it combines the statistical methods to proposes a optimization method through the empirical analysis.
