水泥混凝土路面病害的防治（Prevention and cure of disease of cement concrete pavement） Prevention and cure of disease of cement concrete pavement Abstract: the disease of cement concrete pavement has an important influence on traffic speed, safety and comfort. This paper analyzes the four kinds of cement concrete pavement disease: fracture disease, vertical displacement disease and joint diseases, diseases of the surface, of various types and severity classification of diseases are discussed in detail, and then discusses the treatment of the diseases of cement concrete pavement, and puts forward corresponding preventive suggestions. Key words: cement concrete pavement; disease; treatment 1 cement concrete pavement disease overview The damage of cement concrete pavement can be divided into four types: fracture type, vertical displacement type, joint type and surface layer type. The fracture mainly refers to the longitudinal and transverse, oblique cracks and cross cracks, fracture plate; vertical displacement mainly refers to the subsidence and bulge; joint sealant mainly refers to the crack damage, mud, faulting and arch; surface class mainly refers to the pits, explicit, net cracks and rough skin, aggregate freeze-thaw damage, crack repair. 2 cement concrete pavement disease treatment countermeasures 2.1 crack repair There are many kinds of cracks in cement concrete pavement, and the corresponding technical measures should be adopted according to the specific conditions. Non expanding surface cracks with width of less than 0.5mm are used by Grouting grouting method; local cracks and wide seams are adopted; the method of expanding joints grouting is adopted; and the strip covering method is adopted to crack through the full thickness. For cracks with a crack width greater than 3mm, the epoxy resin and curing agent are evenly mixed and poured directly. 2.2 seam repair Joint construction, to ensure the quality of joint cleaning, debris filling more longitudinal seam must use cuttin
