基于遥感监测的城市生态安全与空间格局 优化 ——以沈阳市为例 摘 要： 研究结合沈阳市的生态环境发展现状，利用不同时期的遥感影像和社会统计信息作为数据基础， 建立城镇化生态安全动态监测体系与模型，通过生态安全动态监测信息的识别和定量分析，在空间信息技 术支持下，形成了生态安全预警调控与生态安全格局优化共轭的关键技术体系。构建了沈阳市生态关键要 素的空间数据库，将城市生态系统的垂直格局、水平格局及生态功能有机结合，为绿地与水系的布局调控 提供了数据基础；形成了包括城镇生态安全预警—经济发展空间调控—安全格局优化—城镇生态要素空间 布局调控的关键技术体系。研究成果为沈阳市生态规划调控提供科学准确的数据基础，能够对沈阳市的发 展实施有效的生态安全监测和管理，保障沈阳市在城镇化的过程中，可以有效的保护生态系统的完整，以 及经济的健康发展。 关键词： 空间信息技术；动态监测；生态安全；沈阳市；安全格局 中图分类号 TU984 ；X321/324 文献标志码 A Optimization of urban ecological security and spatial pattern based on remote sensing monitoring- A case study in Shenyang Abstract: Research on the status quo of ecological environment development in Shenyang City, using the remote sensing images and social statistics in different periods as the data base, to establish a dynamic monitoring system and model of urbanization and ecological security, through the identification and quantitative analysis of ecological security dynamic monitoring information. Under the support of spatial information technology, the formation of ecological security early warning and ecological regulation security structure optimization conjugated the key technology system. The spatial database of Shenyang city was constructed by the ecological key elements, organic combination of the city ecological system of vertical pattern, horizontal pattern and ecological function, which provides the basic data for the layout regulation of green space and water system; including the urban ecological security early warning - economic development space regulation - optimization of the security pattern -key technology system of urban ecological elements’ spatial layout regulation.
