全科医生在“医养融合”中作用分析及探索 　　摘 要 随着我国进入人口快速老龄化阶段，国家提出了“医养融合”概念，希望通过建立集照料、护理、医疗、康复、临终关怀为一体的“医养融合”新型养老机构，进一步推进医疗卫生与养老服务相融合。目前养老机构中的医护人员无法开展或不能很好地完成新型养老机构中的服务项目与内容，解决这一问题成为当务之急。全科医生是社区居民的健康守门人，其职责、功能和服务内容与新型养老机构的岗位要求有较大程度的重叠与延伸。作为社区卫生服务中心与养老机构的沟通桥梁，全科医生可以在解决老年人医疗需求与养老机构医疗供给能力不足的矛盾中担当重要角色。　　关键词 医养融合 老龄化 全科医生 养老机构 角色作用　　中图分类号：R197.3 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2016）18-0019-04　　Analysis and exploration of the role of the general practitioners in the “integration of medical care and pension service”　　WANG Kang， QIU Yanqing， CHEN Ying， HUANG Wuquan　　（Nanxiang Community Health Service Center of Jiading District， Shanghai 201802， China）　　ABSTRACT As China has entered the phase of rapid population aging， the country puts forward the concept of “integration of medical care and pension service”. It is hoped to establish a new pension agency integrated with the functions of pension service， nursing， medical service， rehabilitation and hospice care to further promote the integration of medical care and pension service. Now the medical staff in the pension agency can not develop or complete the service items and contents of the new type pension agency. To solve this problem has become a top priority. The general practitioner（GP） is the health gatekeeper of community residents， whose duty， function and service content have a great degree of overlap and extension of the post requirements of the new pension agency.
