儿童生存质量量表PedsQLTM 3.0哮喘模块中文版父母报告信度效度 　 作者：张映芬 冯丽芬 陈若青 郝元涛 【摘要】 【目的】 考察中文版儿童生存质量量表PedsQLTM 3.0 哮喘模块父母报告的信度和效度。【方法】 采用规范的量表引进程序，将英文版的PedsQLTM 3.0 哮喘模块翻译成中文。用中文版的PedsQLTM 3.0 哮喘模块调查广州市哮喘患儿父母共 341 人，337人完成问卷。其中轻度哮喘患儿有 232 名，中度 82 名，重度 19 名，4人缺填;病程小于3年者 186 人，病程大于3年者 148人，3人缺填。分析量表的可行性、信度和效度等。【结果】 341 名被调查患儿父母中 337 名完成了问卷，应答率达 98.8%;量表各维度的克朗巴赫α系数介于 0.87 到 0.93 之间;重测信度组内相关系数ICC值介于 0.92 到 0.99 之间;量表各条目与其所属维度之间的相关较强，而与其他维度的相关较弱;不同病情、不同病程患儿得分差别无统计学意义(P gt; 0.05);证实性因子分析结果显示相对拟合指数CFI为 0.94。【结论】 中文版PedsQLTM 3.0哮喘模块父母报告具有可接受计量心理学特征，可以应用于中国文化背景下城市中哮喘患儿的生存质量评价。 【关键词】 支气管哮喘; 儿童; 生存质量; 信度; 效度 　　Abstract： 【Objective】 To evaluate the reliability and validity of Chinese version PedsQLTM 3.0 asthma module parent report. 【Methods】 The standard procedure of cross-culture adaptation was used to develop the Chinese version PedsQLTM 3.0 asthma module. A total of 341 parents were investigated with this Chinese scale in Guangzhou， only 337 patients completed the scale， including 232 parents whose children were with mild asthma， 4 parents left the item blank， 82 with moderate asthma and 19 with severe asthma. Grouping by the duration of disease， there were 186 children with duration less than 3 years while 148 children with more than 3 years duration of disease， 3 parents missed this item. The feasibility， reliability， and validity of the Chinese version scale were then evaluated. 【Results】 There were 337 of 341 investigated parents who completed the questionnaire. The response rate was 98.8%. All dimension?蒺s Cronbach alpha coefficients ranged from 0.87-0.93， and the ICC ranged from 0.92-0.99. The results of correlation analysis showed that there was higher correlation between item and its belonged domains than that with other domains. The scores in the children with different disease severity， different disease course had no significant differences (P gt; 0.05). Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the main indices of goodness of fit CFI was 0.94. 【Conclusion】 The Chinese versio
