中文题目：带式输送机总体设计及运行维护 外文题目：Overall design and operation and maintenance of belt conveyor 毕业设计（论文）共 64 页 (其中：外文文献及译文9页) 图纸共4 张 完成日期：2015年6月 答辩日期：2015年6月 摘要 本次毕业设计是关于矿用固定带式输送机的设计。首先简单的概述了胶带输送机；接着对带式输送机的选型原则及计算方法进行了分析；接着按照给定参数要求进行选型设计通过这些设计准则与计算选型方法；接着进行校核所选择输送机的各主要零部件。普通型带式输送机由六个主要部件组成：传动装置、中部机架、机尾和导回装置，拉紧装置及胶带。最后对胶带输送机的安装与维护进行简单的说明。对于目前发展状况，胶带输送机正朝着高速度、长距离、低摩擦的方向发展，近年来出现的气垫式胶带输送机就是其中一个。胶带输送机在制造、设计、以及应用方面，我国仍有较大的差距同其他国外先进水平，国内存在很多不足在制造带式输送机的过程中。 本次带式输送机代表了设计一般过程，对今后的选型设计工作有一定的参考价值。 关键词：带式输送机；选型设计；部件；运行维护 Abstract This graduation design is about mine fixed belt conveyor design.First a simple overview of the belt conveyor; Then the principle of type selection of belt conveyor and calculation methods are analyzed; Then in accordance with the requirements for a given parameter selection of design through these design criteria selection and calculation method; Then the selected this article the main component of the conveyor.
