东北石油大学 实习总结报告 （一） 实习类型 石化装备制造与安装实训 实习单位 大庆油田建设集团有限责任公司建材石油石化设备厂 实习起止时间 2013 年 6 月 29 日 至 2013 年 7 月 18 日 指导教师 所在院（系） 班 级 学生姓名 学 号 2013年 7 月 18 日 摘 要 压力容器被广泛的运用于石油化工、食品生产、医药等领域，在人们的生产和生活中扮演着举足轻重的角色。本论文以石油石化设备厂在线生产的液态二氧化碳储罐为例，液体二氧化碳储罐是储存低温液态二氧化碳等介质的储存压力容器，目前在全国正处于科技领先阶段液体二氧化碳储罐系列产品具有使用寿命长、结构紧凑、占地面积少、集中控制、操作和维修方便等特点液体二氧化碳储罐为双层固定真空粉末绝热储罐。内胆材质采用16MnDR,外胆材质为Q235B或者16MnR。表面防腐涂层采用喷砂除锈、吹扫、喷涂等工艺，同时采用了双组分快速固化液体涂料。 Abstract Pressure vessels are widely used in petroleum chemical industry, food production, medicine and other fields, in peoples production and play an important role in the life. This thesis to petroleum and petrochemical equipment factory online production of liquid carbon dioxide storage tank as an example, liquid carbon dioxide storage tank is the storage of cryogenic liquid carbon dioxide and other medium, storage of pressure vessel at present is in the leading technology in the stage. Liquid carbon dioxide storage tank series products have long service life, compact structure, covers an area of less, centralized control, convenient operation and maintenance, etc. Liquid carbon dioxide storage tanks for double vacuum powder adiabatic fixed storage tank. Outside the bladder material USES of 16 MNDR and bile is the made of Q235B or 16 MNR. Surface anticorrosion coating with sandblasting derusting, purging, coating process, using the two-component rapid curing liquid coating at the same time. In this paper, the whole manufacturing process is introduced in detail. Especially for welding, heat treatment and hydrostatic test and so on has carried on the detailed explanation.
