Abstract This paper describes the social needs and vocational education conflicts clothing, clothing with the current characteristics of education to explain the reform of secondary vocational education clothing ideas, proposed teaching system reform program.

First, the status of vocational education and employment needs of the conflict 1 clothing companies employing the graduates of urgency and the contradiction between the low employment All of the garment there is lack of employment, a shortage of skilled sewing workers, employees frequently change jobs, production jobs underemployment, but vocational students in the low proportion of garment enterprises, most enterprises are less than 2% while clothing firms to hire not required, sufficient technical personnel, on the other hand some three years to learn professional skills of graduates to enter the garment business and then have to leave, less than 10% of graduates entering or engaged in work related to apparel industry - This is a great waste of educational resources to the community.
Analysis: The graduates are not engaged in professional work clothing is mainly due to: ⑴, professional knowledge is not comprehensive enough, unable to adapt to business requirements. ⑵, garment employees to work long hours, labor-intensive, low wages. ⑶, garment work Environment and graduates have a wide gap between the ideal.
