Clinical path theory in practice teaching in the ECG analysis
Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of clinical pathway theory of teaching in the practical teaching of electrocardiography. ECG teaching 120 medical students were using the clinical path theory of pedagogy and the traditional ECG teaching model to compare results using the theory of teaching effectiveness of clinical pathway significantly better than the effect of the traditional teaching mode, two sets of comparative effectiveness were significantly different (P lt;0.05. Conclusion ECG practice teaching, application of the theory of clinical pathway can significantly improve the quality of teaching and to expand students ‘knowledge, to improve students’ independent thinking capacity.
Keywords: clinical path theory, electrocardiogram, the quality of teaching The clinical path (CP theory is first proposed in 1990 the United States New England Medical Center CP refers to a group of people in the health care staff together for an illness or surgery, evidence-based medicine based on, in order to achieve the therapeutic effect and reduce the patients’ medication purposes, and to develop a detailed treatment plan and rehabilitation of the exact time, to improve the quality of medical services, shorten the duration of hospitalization, an intensive process of service delivery [1]. our hospital from 2006 to CP theory into teaching, to achieve a satisfactory teaching teaching process of the 120 students now announced as follows.
An information and teaching methods 1.1 The basic information September 2007 to July 2008, two health care professional class of 60 students divided into two groups a set of theoretical teaching of the clinical pathway, denoted by the experimental group, another group of the traditional clinical teaching model, denoted by the control group.
