The project manager shall be responsible to organize the internal and external coordination and commanding works in unison, and concentrate superior forces on the construction, so as to complete this project quickly, safely, with high quality and within the contracted construction period, and to ensure the success start-up and operation in single time. （2）在现场附近就近设置储罐预制厂，以减少运输工作量，最大限度为本工程服务。 Set up a tank prefabricating plant nearby the site, to reduce the transportation work and serve the project to the maximum extent. （3）集中公司精兵强将，对施工机具设备进行重点保障，并且费用给予优惠。 Concentrate the selected employees of better skills on the provision and maintenance of construction tools and equipment, and give preferential price on the costs. （4） 加大施工前期准备工作的力度，签定合同以后，立即组织选派人员进点，进行技术准备、施工规划、临时暂设施工，并陆续组织人员分期、分批进点。 Strengthen the preparation works in the early-stage of the construction, after the signing of the contract, immediately organize selected personnel to enter the site for technical preparation, construction planning, and set-up of temporary facilities, and arrange the rest of staffs entering the site by stages and in groups. （5） 按施工程序组织施工，确定主要控制点，施工人员要根据现场的条件分期分批到位，讲究实效，提高施工效率。 Organize the construction work as per the construction procedures; determine the major control points.
