摘要 自本杰明．格雷厄姆和大卫．L．多德提出基本价值分析理念后，以财务报告为基础的企业价值分析便成为企业价值投资的主要依据。本文通过对贵州茅台财务状况和经营成果评述，并结合企业经营战略的安排，为各利益相关方价值投资决策提供参考。 随着政府对证券市场的认识深入，在制度建设上不断完善，监管力度上不断加大，使证券市场的有效性有了很大提高，价值投资成为可能，因此对公司进行估值研究，并发现其真正价值，树立正确的投资价值观具有重要意义。 本文运用理论与案例研究结合的分析方法进行贵州茅台的估值研究，首先，对西方价值评估理论的理论起源以及后来的不同价值评估理论与方法的发展进行了回顾，并对中国的学者们对这些理论与方法的应用与再研究也给予了介绍，随后结合国内外价值评估理论与方法的发展情况对未来发展方向作了展望。接下来重点介绍了本文中被广泛应用相对估值法中的市盈率估值法、市净率估值法的理论基础、运算方法及这些方法的优点、缺点和适用性。其次，运用这两种不同方法分别对贵州茅台进行价值估值，从而得出贵州茅台的不同价值，并对结果的差异进行了解释。最后根据两种估值方法的适用性、局限性和贵州茅台公司自身的特点，提出对两种方法分别赋予合理的权重进行综合估值，从而使贵州茅台的估值更合理有效，以防止单一方法的不足，为投资者做出合理的投资决策提供可以依仗的依据。 本文希望通过深入的估值方法分析，使股票投资者树立正确的价值投资理念，掌握适当的估值方法，并对分析结果合理运用，做出合理的投资决策，从而分享中国经济与证券市场发展的成果。 关键词：贵州茅台；相对估值法；价值投资；财务报告 Abstract Since BenjaminGraham and David L Dodd put forward the basic value analysis theory,the enterprise value analysis based on financialreport has beengrowing to be the major foundation of value investment of acompany This paper provides the reference for interested party to make decision on value investment by giving general evaluation on the financial status and management performance of Moutai and its operation strategy.
