DG1060/17.5 －Ⅱ13型四角切圆煤粉炉结焦 问题 的分析

摘要 ： 大唐呼 图壁 电厂1号锅炉燃用准 东高钠煤 ， 自投运 1年后 出现 了容 易掉 大焦块的现 象，严重时
会卡涩干渣机 ，废渣无法排 出，严重影响 了机组运行的安全性。 同时1号锅炉烟温偏差达到 了100℃ ，烟温
分布不均不利 于锅炉运行 的安全性 ，通过优化调整试验 ，炉膛不再结大焦，烟温偏差减 小至30℃ ，1号锅
炉运行工况得到 了明显改善 。

Abstract ： Datang Hutubi power plant No.1 boiler burning use ZhunDong high-sodium coal,since 1 years later ap-
peraed the phenomenonto of dropping large coke block,slag machine,cannot pull off the waste detoxify,seriously affected the
safety of the unit operation.No. 1 boiler smoke temperature deviation at the same time reached 100 ℃, the smoke temperature
distribution is not conducive to the safety of boiler operation,Through the optimization adjustment test, large coke furnace no
longer, the smoke temperature deviation reduced to 30 ℃, has dramatically improved operation condition of boiler No. 1.
