毕业论文 论蔚县煤炭资源整合 对当地经济的影响学 院 经贸学院专 业 经济学班 级 1 班（4081010101）姓 名 刘恩泽指导教师 陈 安 国 2012 年 6 月 1 日摘要： 蔚县煤炭资源整合，自 2009 年至今已有三年，其由原来以国有县属煤矿为主、中小型煤矿繁多的局势，转变为如今的以开滦、冀中能源、山东肥煤三大集团为主导的新格局。其整合之后，年产量增加、产值上升、耗能减少、就业人员更有安全感、保障性更好、利税增加，该县煤炭资源开发更加充分、合理、科学，矿难事故率降低。煤炭资源整改虽有以上种种优异表现，但其对当地经济的带动却没有得到充分的体现，大量的出售煤炭所得资金被三大国有企业所占有，当地财政收入没有显著提高，企业与政府之间分成不合理，同时企业销售煤炭所得资金并没有大量投入到当地经济建设之中，使得煤炭资源整合后当地政府不得不转变支柱产业，当地经济模式也在发???着巨大的变化。关键词：煤炭资源 整合 当地经济ABSTRACT： YuXian coal resources integration since 2009 for three years and it used toXianShu by state-owned coal mine small and medium coal mine of various mainlysituation change is now in kailuan existed in the energy shandong fat coal threegroups as the leading new pattern.
