肿瘤核医学的现状和展望（Current status and Prospect of tumor nuclear medicine） The status and Prospect of tumor nuclear medicine (Part I) Cheng Mo Zhu Abstract: cancer is one of the most serious diseases threatening human life, medical imaging examination for tumors provides a reliable noninvasive method, and nuclear medicine imaging and to improve metabolism information from simple anatomical information, create better conditions for early diagnosis. In this paper, we review the present situation and Prospect of (1) pro tumor nuclear medical imaging, (2) 18FDG PET imaging, (3) radioimmunoassay, (4) molecular nuclear medicine, (5) radiation guided surgery, and so on. In twenty-first Century, there will be a deep study on the above issues, especially the nuclear instruments and radiopharmaceuticals for cancer prevention and treatment, with a view to developing a high sensitivity and high specificity diagnostic imaging method for cancer. PET imaging and other mature technologies should accumulate experience, and molecular nuclear medicine is not yet mature. After intensive research, especially gene expression imaging will be improved to a new level. In conclusion, nuclear medicine imaging will make a greater contribution in twenty-first Century. Since 1990s, tumor nuclear medicine has developed remarkable, has exerted an important influence in the diagnosis, treatment and research, and this is the radiopharmaceutical especially is closely related to the development of drugs and positron PET and gamma PET nuclear imaging instrument. In the new millennium in twenty-first Century, it is expected that the tumor nuclear imaging technology will play a major role and become a hot topic. At present, tumor nuclear imaging has the following aspects of progress.
