Our city residents in 90s, lung cancer incidence and mortality accounted for to common malignant tumor, more than 20% of the number of cancer deaths; such a high mortality rate is largely because of the lower rate of early diagnosis, protein chip technology developed in recent years for this problem brings hope. Screening suitable lung cancer markers and making diagnostic chip are helpful to improve early diagnosis rate. A systematic review of current lung cancer markers is made to prepare for further microarray research in the future.
