绝经后女性冠心病患者血脂变化特点（Characteristics of blood lipids in postmenopausal women with coronary heart disease） Characteristics of blood lipids in postmenopausal women with coronary heart disease 2011-05-09 Wang Fang Li Jianzhai Zhu Defa Yang Jiefu Xu Fengsun Express Green King Fu Cheng Ji Fu Suiman chant [Abstract] Objective To observe the characteristics of blood lipid changes in postmenopausal women with coronary heart disease (CHD), and to compare the relationship between various blood lipids indexes and the prevalence of CHD. Methods confirmed by coronary angiography (coronary artery stenosis 50%) 101 cases of female patients with CHD, age (63.7 + 7.1) years; 101 cases of healthy women and their BMI, hypertension and smoking history matched according to age, (61.5 + 6.8) years old. The change characteristics of blood lipid indexes among two groups and their correlation were observed. Results (1) compared with the control group, CHD patients with serum LDL-C (3.38 + 0.88) than mmol/L (2.91 + 0.91) mmol/L, Lp (a), (217 + 176) than mg/L (152 + 118) mg/L and TG (1.80 + 0.99) than mmol/L (1.40 + 0.95) mmol/L and apo AI level is higher; (1.25 + 0.21) than g/L (1.40 + 0.18) g/L and HDL-C (1.20 + 0.31) than mmol/L (1.46 + 0.36) mmo/L levels were significantly decreased (P 0.01 ~ 0.001) and the apo AI changed more significantly. (2) the indicators of stepwise stepwise regression optimization are APO, AI (P=0.0001), Lp (a) (P=0.002) and LDL-C (P=0.0061). Conclusion the characteristics of CHD blood lipids in postmenopausal women are mainly HDL decrease and Lp (a) high, which is similar to that of TC males with lower CHD.
