HP 2200 Maintenance Kit Instructions The following parts are included in this maintenance kit: 1 Fusing Assembly RG5-5559 1 Transfer Roller Assembly RG5-5581 1 Tray 1 Pickup Roller RB2-2900 1 Tray 1 Separation Pad Assembly RF5-3272 1 Tray 2 Pickup Roller RB2-2891 1 Tray 2 Separation Pad RB2-6349 CAUTION: The fuser may be hot. Turn off printer, unplug it and allow it to sit for 20 to 30 minutes before performing these maintenance procedures. Fusing Assembly Removal and Replacement 1. Remove the toner cartridge, the tray 2 cassette and lift printer off tray 3 assembly (If installed) 2. Remove the DIMM cover a.) Open the toner cartridge door b.) Press and hold the release button c.) Slide cover forward and then swing out and away from printer (Callout 1) 1 3. Remove the rear cover a.) Open rear output bin and release the diverter pivot pins from slots (Callout 2) b.) Let rear output bin drop down completely c.) Remove the two exposed mounting screws (Callout 3) 3 2 d.) Lift rear output bin back up to re-engage the diverter pivot pins e.) Locate and unlatch the two rear cover locking tabs in the tray 2 cavity f.) Pull cover straight down and swing bottom out to lift away from printer 4. Remove the two screws that secure the white plastic reverse guide to the fuser and lift the guide off (Callout 4)
