《侵权责任法》的认识（Understanding of the law of tort liability） This semester we have taken the discipline of tort liability, and we know little about this subject, as well as legal knowledge. Of course, I also search on the Internet a lot about infringement cases and relevant legal provisions, the relevant legal provisions in the case of tort liability law in contrast, the case found many closely related with our real life coincide. Moreover, many cases are becoming fragmented in the face of the legal provisions of the tort liability act. This law can well protect the rights and interests of the citizens, so it has a wide range of practical significance. In the previous middle school political textbooks, we also learned some knowledge related to infringement, but in the end it was only a little superficial and not thoroughly understood. Compared with me now, I have more knowledge of law than before. Especially in the case of personal privacy. Maybe in my later life, I can protect my rights and interests according to the legal knowledge I have now. Thats what I learned in this class. With regard to the law on tort liability, I have the following sentiments and understanding: I. The legislative background and process of tort liability law In recent years, new types of infringement continue to emerge, special tort disputes increasing, Sanlu milk powder incident, mine accidents and other security incidents, the existing law has been unable to meet the needs of the development of the situation. In order to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of civil subjects and safeguard fairness and justice, it is necessary to draw up a more unified law of tort liability. In 2002, the supreme state legislature initiated the drafting process of the tort liability law. After four deliberations, it was finally adopted in 2009. This means that China has taken another important step towards the formulation of the civil code, another important pillar law after the contract law and th
