含羧甲基壳聚糖保湿霜的制备及保湿性能评价 摘要：壳聚糖是天然生物聚合物，安全无毒有生物可降解性和生物相容性。当引入羧甲基时，可以大大增加壳聚糖在中性和碱性溶液PH条件下的溶解性而并不影响他们的自身的特点。本论文利用羧甲基壳聚糖以及六种保湿剂制备成膏霜，对其制备条件进行优化。测定羧甲基壳聚糖羧化度，单体保湿剂的体外称重法以及保湿霜的载体保湿评价来比对不同保湿剂的保湿性能和吸湿性能，并分析其优缺点。实验结果表明，羧甲基壳聚糖具有水溶性，矿物油脂和天然油脂的用量和复配程度以及不同保湿剂的性态对保湿霜的状态和浓稠度有较大影响，保湿剂的保湿效果与分子量相关。最后，改性的壳聚糖有了可应用的原料来源和市场实用的需要，成为一个水溶性，保湿性，生物相容性好的且低毒性安全的化妆品原料，羧甲基壳聚糖是一种应用前景很好的保湿剂，可以在保湿性功效化妆品中使用。5955 关键词：羧甲基壳聚糖；保湿霜；保湿性能；吸湿性能 Preparation and moisturizing properties evaluation of moisturizer cream containing of carboxymethyl chitosan Abstract: Chitosan are natural biopolymers that are non-toxic, biodegradable and biocompatible.
