COREX-C3000竖炉Rist操作线的程序设计+源代码 摘要:COREX-C3000是一项非常年轻的炼铁技术,使用这种工艺替代传统的高炉冶炼流程工艺,有助于炼铁企业降低炼铁成本、改善经济技术指标、提高工艺竞争力。竖炉Rist操作线是用电子计算机分析竖炉工艺过程的一种数学模型,它不仅抓住了竖炉冶炼最本质的变化,而且充分地体现了竖炉能源利用情况,并能在一个直角坐标系中通过观察操作线的变化来帮助分析竖炉操作现状,从而指出降低燃料比的潜力和进一步降低燃料比的途径。本程序设计包含三大要素,一是Excel的数据的整理并导入Access数据库中去;二是Access数据库,包含数据、数据连接;三是Rist操作线的绘画,即用VB设计程序计算操作线的各个要点,以此来确立操作线。利用本程序的计算和控制变量法的应用分析出矿石组成,料速,还原煤气的成分和燃料这四种因素对Rist操作线影响,最后得出在其他影响因素相似的情况下增加DRI、加快料速、降低还原煤气中CO2都对竖炉有利,而燃料的不同并没有对竖炉产生明显的影响。12779 关键词: COREX-C3000;Rist操作线;能源利用;VB程序设计 COREX-C3000 shaft furnace Rist operation line of the program design and application Abstract:COREX-C3000 is a very young iron-making technology. The technology instead of traditional blast furnace smelting process, it is useful to iron making enterprises in order to reduce iron-making costs, to improve the economic and technical indicators, and to increase the technological competitiveness. Rist operating line of shaft furnace is a mathematical model for analyzing practical furnace process. It is not only able to capture the most essential change of the shaft furnace smelting, but also to reflect fully the energy utilization of the shaft furnace. It is helpful to analyze the current situation of the shaft furnace operation by observe change ofthe operating line which created in a rectangular coordinate system, then to indicate the potential to reduce fuel ratio. The program design consisted of three step, First step was to process data in Excel, and next step was to establish the Access database which involve data tables contained data, and data connection with VB program, last step was to draw Rist operating line, that is, the line was determined by various points calculated through VB design process. By the calculation of this program and the application of the control variable method, it is realized that four factors influenced majorly Rist operating line, which involved ore constitution, feed speed, reducing gas composition and fuel.
