我院药师依托微信公众平台开展药学服务的实践与体会 ＊ # 桂 彦 ，李 刚 ，李先飞，陈集志（解放军第94医院药学科，南昌 330002） 中图分类号 R952 文献标志码 A 文章编号 1001-0408（2015）35-5015-02 DOI 10.6039/j.issn. 1001-0408.2015.35.42 摘 要 目的：探讨药师依托微信公众平台开展药学服务的可行性。方法：通过我院药学科注册微信公众号、组建合理用药指导 团队、定期发布合理用药信息，介绍药师依托微信公众平台开展药学服务的内容和方法。结果：我科微信公众号平台2014年8－ 11月推送合理用药信息40条，350位微信用户加入，推送信息以药物合理使用（57.5％）为主，阅读总量为18585人次，平均阅读量 为465人次，转发/收藏总数2190次，平均转发/收藏数为55次，单条信息最多阅读量为4219人次。结论：药师依托微信工作平台 开展药学服务，有助于凝聚药师团队，树立药师专业形象，更好地为信息化时代的群众提供药学服务。 关键词 微信公众平台；药学服务；药师 Practice and Experience of the Development of Pharmaceutical Care by Clinical Pharmacists in Our Hospital Based on Micro Letter Public Platform GUI Yan ，LI Gang ，LI Xian-fei ，CHEN Ji-zhi （Dept. of Pharmacy ，No. 94 Hospital of PLA ，Nanchang 330002， China ） ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE ：To discuss the feasibility of the development of pharmaceutical care by clinical pharmacist based on micro letter public platform. METHODS ：The content and method of pharmaceutical care based on micro letter public platform were introduced by registering micro letter public platform public number ，building reasonable medication guidance team ，releasing reasonable medication information regularly. RESULTS ：40 pieces of reasonable medication information had been pushed by micro letter public platform of our department during Aug.-Nov. 2014，and 350 users added our public platform. The pushed information was mainly about reasonable drug use （57.5％），read by 18585persons ，and read by 465person per time in average. Reposted or collected 2 190times in total ，reposted or collected 55 times in average ，each piece of information was read by 4 219 person per time at the most. CONCLUSIONS ：The pharmaceutical care by pharmacists depending on micro letter public platform contribute to put pharmacist team together ，build professional image and provide pharmaceutical care for the public in the informatio
