皮肤基底细胞癌57例回顾性研究[摘要]目的:通过统计和分析我科诊治的皮肤基底细胞癌(BCC)患者的基本临床资料,探讨BCC的男女发病差别、职业、发病部位及手术方法和预防措施。方法:收集、统计和分析我科2001年来经病理确诊为BCC 的临床资料。结果:共收集57例BCC患者,男31例,女26例,男∶女=1∶0.84,平均发病年龄（58.1±13.5）岁,男性患者的平均年龄为55.4岁,女性为61.3岁,男女有明显差异(P0.05)。BCC 发生于面部50例(87.7%),其余部位7例(12.3%)。随访6个月～6年,无复发，6年内无死亡病例, 生存率100%，患者术后外形较美观。结论:皮肤基底细胞癌的发病以中老年为主,男性发病较女性早,且发病率较高，与职业、发生部位有关。手术切除是治疗皮肤基底细胞癌的有效方法,标准切除术与术中送病变组织行冰冻检查相结合,可达到最佳治愈率和生存率。 [关键词]皮肤基底细胞癌；手术治疗 [中图分类号]R739.5[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1008-6455（2008）05-02 Retrospective analysis of 57 patients with skin basal cell carcinoma DU Yong-gui，WANG Ji-hua，CHEN Wei-ling，ZHANG Jing-bo，ZHU Li-kun，GUO Qun，XIAO Hong，YANG Yun，ZHAO Ya-nan (Dpartment of Plastic Surgery,Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical College,Kunming 650101,Yunnan,China) Abstract： ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical features and changes in the incidence ofbasal cell carcinoma(BCC) in skin.Methods Retrospective study was undertaken of 57patients with skin basal cell carcinoma diagnosed in histopathology during the period of 2001 to 2007.ResultsFrom 2001 to 2007,there were 57 cases of BBC in skin, of whom 31 were males and 26 were females (male-to-female ratio,1:0.84).The age of BCCs patients was between 58.1±13.5 years old,the average age of male patients was 55.4 years old , and that of the female was 61.3 years old.The lesions of BCCs were found in 50 cases in maxillofacial area (87.7 %),including 23 cases in the nose (40.4 %).There were not found recurrent or deathpatient in 6 months to 6 years of the follow-up visit.Conclusion The most of morbidity in BBC is middle-old age.The morbidity in male is higher than that of female and the morbidity in male is younger than that of female.The operation is the first method of therapy for basal cell carcinoma and the ideal recovery rate and survival rate will be obtained through an appropriate repair method and pathological analysis basal cell carcinoma.
