This work is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution International License (CC BY). /licenses/by/4.0/ Abstract This paper comprehensive reviewed the existing laws of heavy metals in soil-plant system, ana- lyzed the source, migration, transformation and enrichment regularity of heavy metal pollutants in soil plant system, summarized the effect of physicochemical properties of soil and crop physio- logical-biochemical factors on heavy metal bioavailability in soil-crop system, dissected the relat- ing factors, and discussed recent related research methods. This study finally submitted the weak link in the system, and proposed the further research in spatial relationship with different heavy- metals, influence mechanism and quantitative model.
