手术室护理中术前访视和关爱护理的效果研究 　　摘要：目的 研究分析手术室护理中术前访视和关爱护理的效果。方法 从2014年3月～2016年2月来院进行手术治疗的患者中选择38例作为研究组，将术前访视及关爱护理作为关键在手术室护理中予以护理；选择同时间段来院手术治疗的40例患者作为对照组，根据手术常规护理程序和要求予以护理，对两组患者术前不良心理情况和术后满意度、并发症发生情况进行观察比较。结果 研究组患者术前焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组，术后护理满意度（97.4%）明显比对照组高，且术后并发症发生率（5.3%）显著少于对照组，二者比较，有明显差异，均P0.05。结论 将术前访视以及关爱护理应用于手术室护理中，可改善患者手术前的焦虑、抑郁心态，强化其治疗信心，预防和减少术后并发症的发生，取得良好且满意的效果，可在临床实践中广泛应用与大力推广。 　　关键词：关爱护理；手术室；术前访视 　　Abstract：Objective To study the effect of preoperative visit and nursing care in the operation room nursing. Methods From March 2014 years to 2016 years 2 months， hospital were surgery patients choose 38 cases as the study group， the preoperative visit depending on the care and love as the key in the operating room nursing to be nursing； choose the same time to hospital for surgical treatment of 40 patients as control group， according to the surgery nursing routine procedures and requirements to be nursing， of two groups of patients with preoperative adverse psychological and postoperative satisfaction， complications occurrence were observed and compared. Results The patients of the experimental group before scores of anxiety and depression scores were lower than the control group， postoperative nursing satisfaction （97.4%） significantly than the control group， and postoperative complication rate （5.3%） was significantly lower than that of the control group， the two compared obvious difference （all P 0.05）. Conclusion The preoperative visit and nursing care applied in operating room nursing can improve the mentality of anxiety and depression in patients before the operation， strengthen their confidence in treatment， to prevent and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications， good and satisfactory results have been achieved， but in clinical practice widely applied and popularized. 　　Key words：Loving nursing； Operation room；Preoperative visit 　　手术室作为医院抢救治疗患者的一个重要场所，在传统护理中所实施的护理措施比较单一，所关注的更多的是术中和医师之间的配合，未施予全面且系统的护理[1]。现如今，伴随着经济的快速发展，医疗技术的成熟及人们生活水平的提高，对于医疗护理服务的要求也
