MRI在PAHG 隆乳术后并发症诊治中应用价值[摘要]目的：探讨MRI在聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶（PAHG）注射隆乳术后并发症的诊断和鉴别诊断中的临床应用价值，以便提高临床疗效。方法：对22例聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳者行MRI扫描，对注射部位和量进行定位和评估，然后经乳晕切口，直视下清除注射物。结果：22例病例中，3例（6只）注入物所形成的乳房形态、柔软度正常，7例（10只）变硬，8例（12只）硬结，2例（2只）胸大肌炎，2例（2只）伴发乳房纤维瘤。MRI表现与临床表现及手术取出注射物所见相符。结论：乳腺MRI对聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶隆乳术后并发症和伴发肿瘤等临床表现有较理想的诊断价值,并可以指导处理。 [关键词]聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶；隆乳术；MRI [中图分类号]R622[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1008-6455（2008）06-0807-03 The application of MRI in diagnosis and clinical treatment of complications of breast augmentation with injected polyamide hydrophilic gel ZHAO Qi-ming, LIU Miao, HE Dong-mei, LU Xin, XIA Dong-sheng, MAO Dong-sheng, LU Hai-shan, GAN Jing-bing, ZHANG Cheng-jv, ZHAGN Xu-dong (Plastic and Cosmetic Surgical Center, N0.117 Military Hospital of PLA, Hangzhou 310013, Zhejiang, China) Abstract:ObjectiveTo discuss the application of MRI in the complications of breast augmentation with injected polyacrylamide hydrophilic gel in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment level.Methods22 patients with some side-effects after breast augmentation with injected polyacrylamide hydrophilic gel had been undergone the treatment , all were checked with MRI in order to evaluate the quality and quantity of PAHG in breast. In furthermore. Areolar incisions were made to clean foreign body.ResultsIn 22 patients after injected PAHG, 3 cases (6 breasts) were normal, 7 cases (10 breasts) were stiffened, 8 cases (12 breasts) found callocity. MRI also showed 2 cases (2 breasts) of pectoralis major myositis and 2 cases (2 breasts) of concomitant mammary fibroadenoma. The findings of MRI were accord to the clinical manifestation and observation on operation.ConclusionMRI has great diagnostic value in the detection of complications after PAHG injection for augmentation mammoplasty and concomitant mammary tumor .
