试论企业绩效管理中存在的问题及对策(Discussion on Problems and Countermeasures in enterprise performance management) Problems and Countermeasures of performance management in the enterprise Abstract: the key of the enterprise is to have good benefits, key staff development is to have outstanding performance, human resource management is the core issue of performance management. The author tries to set out from the perspective of performance management, analysis of the actual operation of enterprises in the performance management, the main problems and their causes, and to explore the countermeasures to solve the problem. Text: The key for the survival of the enterprise is to have good benefits, key staff development is to have outstanding performance, human resource management is the core issue of performance management. For each enterprise, how to find the differential ability of employees, incentive to develop employees performance management, technical staff, on behalf of ability and cleverness and advanced management concept is the biggest challenge facing the enterprise human resources management. Performance management is one of the most effective means to help enterprises to maintain and improve productivity and realize the goal of enterprise. But, like many other new management method, performance management in the actual operation process of enterprises exposed many imperfect places. The author believes that the following problems: A neglected, performance management is a system, the performance appraisal is equivalent to the performance management The total performance management process should include five stages, namely the preparation stage, implementation stage, test, and summarized the development and application of nuclear phase phase.
