中国女性人才发展与性别平等研究 摘要 随着现代深化改革的深入，经济发展的迅猛，我国的女性人才也得到了迅速发展，并且在政治、经济、人文历史、自然科技、等领域发挥出积极的作用，进一步拉动了社会经济的发展，成为我国建设队伍生活中不可缺少的一部分，但在女性发展过程中仍存着对自身气场不足、职场中受性别歧视和家庭婚姻压力及男女平等各方面良莠不齐的问题。因此，有必要对女性人才发展和性别平等进行深入调研。下面就我个人在生活中遇到的等一系列问题提出几点看法和建议。 关键词：女性 贡献 性别歧视 法律 建议 中国女性人才发展对中国经济发展的意义 人们常言道：“女人能顶半边天”，无论在家庭、工作、还是社会中，女性贡献力量对社会具有重要意义。 护家庭，促社会和谐安定 （1）家是什么？ 家是什么概念你知道吗？ 曾记得数学说：“家是一个和，家=成员+爱心+诚心+孝心+理解。一个充满真情的家才是一个实数。”恩，是的，家，一个让人感到温暖的字，一个充满奥秘的字，千言万语说不尽它的意义。是千上万的家庭构成我们这个纷繁复杂的社会。只有家才是我们唯一停泊的宁静的港湾，在这个港湾里不能缺少守护使者，那就是母爱。 Ellipticity of elbow pipes with diameters less than or equal to 150 mm must be not greater than 8% diameter of 200 mm or less shall not be greater than 6%.
