The maximum input p wer f pulse v ltage s urce and the maximal peak 3 - 1 v ltage was 1kW and 100kV, respectively. The experiments were c nducted with a gasfl w rate f 4~ 16m h . S me parameters, such as peak v ltage, pulse frequency, initial c ncentrati n, gasfl w rate, backgr und gas which influenced the rem val efficiency, were investigated. The results sh wedthat d rs c uld be treated effectively. Sulfureted hydr gen c uld be dec mp sed alm st c mpletely, while the maximum rem val efficiency f ethanethi lwas up t 84% . Ethanethi l was selectively dec mp sed under the l w c ncentrati n f hexane. On the ther side, the rem val efficiency f ethanethi l was l wer when the c ncentrati n f hexane was higher, the same f r sulfureted hydr gen. The sulfur element f these tw chemicals was mainly transf rmed t sulfur di xide. A dynamics m del was devel ped t describe the relati nship f the rem val efficiency with energy density, and initial c ncentrati n.
